These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of WebMeteor, a service operated by ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited ("ProGalaxy eLabs", "we", "us", "our") at https://www.webmeteor.in and its sub-domains. By creating an account or using WebMeteor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

WebMeteor lets you build and host web applications by chatting with Claude. You connect your own Anthropic Claude account, and WebMeteor provisions a workspace in which Claude builds and runs your app. WebMeteor provides the hosting, tooling, and build orchestration; the AI capability comes from your own Claude account.

• WebMeteor is currently offered in India only. Plans and pricing are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. WebMeteor does not store your full card details.
• Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the WebMeteor build engine, infrastructure, or rate limits.
• Use, access, or attempt to consume another user's Claude account, credential, or AI quota.
• Build, host, or distribute anything unlawful, infringing, malicious (e.g. malware, phishing), or that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, workspace, container, or system.
• Use the service in a way that breaches Anthropic's usage policies for Claude.

5. Your content & ownership of generated apps

You retain ownership of the code, content, and applications you create with WebMeteor. WebMeteor hosts your generated apps but does not claim ownership of them. You are solely responsible for what you build and publish, including obtaining any rights and complying with any laws that apply to your app and its users. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, run, and back up your workspace so we can operate the service for you.

6. Availability

WebMeteor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Workspaces may be idled or reaped when inactive, as described in the product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProGalaxy eLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of WebMeteor. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using WebMeteor and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your workspaces and associated content may be deleted; please export anything you wish to keep beforehand.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to WebMeteor will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions before resorting to litigation.

10. Non-affiliation with Anthropic

Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. WebMeteor is an independent product of ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Your use of Claude through WebMeteor is governed by your own agreement with Anthropic.
