Do I need a Claude subscription?

Yes. WebMeteor sends your prompts to Anthropic's Claude to build your app. You need your own Claude Pro ($20/mo) or Claude Max subscription — both are billed by Anthropic directly, not by WebMeteor. Your API usage is entirely within your Anthropic account.

What exactly am I paying WebMeteor for?

Your WebMeteor subscription covers the cloud infrastructure: dev workspaces, live preview hosting, production deployments, custom domains, file storage, and the build pipeline. You pay Anthropic separately for Claude's intelligence. Think of it as: WebMeteor = the factory floor; Claude = the craftsman.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then downgrades to Free automatically. No long-term contracts.

What is your refund policy?

Please contact us for refund and cancellation details. Generally, we offer refunds for accidental charges raised within 48 hours, subject to review.

Can I pay in Indian Rupees (INR)?

Prices are listed in USD. Razorpay will convert to INR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Indian debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking are all accepted. Applicable GST will be added for Indian customers.
