WebMeteor is currently available in India only. All fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, credit validity, and refunds work for WebMeteor, a service operated by ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited ("ProGalaxy eLabs", "we", "us", "our"). It applies to WebMeteor's dev-credit and production-hosting credit top-ups, and should be read together with our Terms of Use and Pricing page.

1. How WebMeteor billing works

WebMeteor is prepaid. You top up a credit balance (dev credits for building, and — separately, if you opt in — production-hosting credits for going live on your own domain) via Razorpay, whenever you want. Credits are redeemable only for WebMeteor's own compute and hosting — they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel: if you don't top up, you simply stop using credits.

2. Credit validity (expiry)

Every top-up — of any amount, for dev credits or production-hosting credits — is valid for 6 months from its purchase date.

Unused credits from a top-up that reaches its expiry date are forfeited and cannot be refunded or reactivated — please use what you buy within its validity window, or top up a smaller amount more often. If you have multiple top-ups outstanding, older ones are always used first, so nothing expires unnecessarily early.

3. Refunds

You can request a refund for the unused portion of a top-up, at any time before it expires, by emailing support@progalaxyelabs.com with your account email, the payment reference, and the reason.

We'll always show you this calculation before confirming a refund. In practice:

• This fee is a small, fixed percentage of the amount paid (higher for corporate/commercial cards than for UPI or standard debit/credit cards) — it is not a penalty we impose, it is what the payment network actually charges us and does not return.
• For our smallest top-up (₹49), if you've already started using it, the unused value can be smaller than this unavoidable fee — in that case, no refund is payable, and we'll tell you why with the numbers.
• GST already charged on your purchase is refunded to you wherever we are able to reverse it via a tax credit note (normally the case for any refund processed promptly); in the rare case that window has closed, that portion is not refundable.
• We do not deduct anything beyond the above — no cancellation fee, no penalty.

Exceptions (always fully refunded, no deduction): accidental or duplicate charges, or a charge made in error on our part.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned in INR to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. We're unable to refund to a different payment method or in cash.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@progalaxyelabs.com before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank — most billing questions can be resolved directly and faster this way. We aim to acknowledge billing disputes within 2 business days.
