These terms govern your use of WebMeteor, an AI-powered web-app builder and hosting service operated by ProGalaxy Elabs Private Limited. WebMeteor is a product of ProGalaxy Elabs Private Limited, having its registered office at 144, Narayanapuram Colony, Poranki, Vijayawada (Rural), NTR District, Andhra Pradesh – 521137. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

WebMeteor lets you describe an application in natural language; an AI agent builds it in a cloud workspace, shows a live preview, and can host it. Features vary by plan.

2. Your Claude subscription (required)

WebMeteor's AI builder runs on Anthropic's Claude. You must connect your own Anthropic Claude subscription (Pro/Max), billed by Anthropic. Your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's terms and usage limits. We are not responsible for Anthropic's service, availability, pricing, or output, and Claude is not included in WebMeteor fees.

3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added at checkout.
• Refunds and cancellation are governed by our refund and cancellation terms; contact us for any billing dispute.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the applications you build, their content, and their end-users. You must not use WebMeteor to:

• build or host anything unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious (malware, phishing), or that violates others' rights;
• send spam, mine cryptocurrency, run abusive workloads, or attempt to breach the platform's isolation/security;
• store others' personal data without a lawful basis, or violate applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your content & intellectual property

You own the code, applications, and data you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the service. We (and our licensors) own the WebMeteor platform, infrastructure, and software. AI-generated output is provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring it is fit for your purposes.

6. Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for any purpose. Free and lower tiers may auto-sleep when idle and carry no uptime guarantee.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for WebMeteor in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or losses arising from third-party services (including Anthropic, Razorpay, or hosting providers).

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
