This policy explains how ProGalaxy Elabs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data for WebMeteor, our AI-powered web-app builder and hosting service. WebMeteor is a product of ProGalaxy Elabs Private Limited, an Indian company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 144, Narayanapuram Colony, Poranki, Vijayawada (Rural), NTR District, Andhra Pradesh – 521137. By visiting and/or using https://www.webmeteor.in, its sub-domains, or connected apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and login credentials.
• Billing data: processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers; we retain only what is needed for invoicing and records (e.g. plan, amount, transaction reference).
• Workspace content: the code, configuration, prompts, uploads, and application data you create in your workspace. This is your content; we process it only to operate the service for you.
• Claude credential: if you connect your Anthropic Claude account, the resulting access token is stored encrypted and used solely to run AI build sessions in your own workspace. We never use it for any other purpose.
• Usage & technical data: logs, IP address, device/browser info, and feature usage, for security, debugging, and improving the service.

2. How we use it

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve WebMeteor.
• To process payments, issue invoices, and prevent fraud.
• To provide support and send service-related communications.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Sub-processors & third parties

We share data only with providers necessary to run the service:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Anthropic — the Claude AI you connect with your own subscription (governed by Anthropic's own privacy terms).
• Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting/compute (India region).
• Email/communication providers for transactional messages.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data location & retention

Data is hosted on infrastructure located in India. We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. On cancellation or upon request, we delete or anonymise your personal data and workspace content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records, which are retained for the statutory period).

5. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• Access and obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you.
• Correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time. Where our processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it as easily as it was given by contacting our Grievance Officer (below). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and we will cease the relevant processing and delete or anonymise the affected data unless retention is required by law.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

You can disconnect your Claude account at any time, which removes the stored credential.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, per-workspace isolation, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

WebMeteor is not intended for use by individuals under 18.
